Phone Interview with HR and then in-person interview with 2 members of the team. The phone screen went great - it was very organized and the interviewer asked direct questions. During the in person interview, the interviewers mostly talked and didn't ask any direct questions so it was difficult to relay my experience and interests. Had to have several calls with HR in the process to brief me on the interviewers for in person and give feedback after the decision.

Phone screen, interview w/ hiring manager, skip level manager, and 2x skip manager. Mostly conversational interviews past the hiring manager. The recruiter described the role well and all the managers were very kind.
