Outstanding interview process. Very well coordinated. I met with the recruiter first, who was very friendly and on top of his game. It was the end of the calendar year, so hiring (everywhere) had slowed down a bit, so it took a few weeks to get my interviews going. Once they were ready, the interview process went pretty fast, though. I met in person with a mid-level Manager for a behavioral interview. She was very nice as well and also offered a tour of the office. Then, I did an in-person case presentation with a few consultants and higher-level leadership. I was incredibly impressed with how welcoming they were and that they treated me like a member of the team already. We had real conversations, and they asked really good questions that I would have expected my teammates to ask. There was no posturing or trying to make themselves look good in front of leadership. They were just down-to-earth and real. Very refreshing. The higher-level leader I met with during the case presentation then met with me separately to ask some questions and answer any questions I had. We clicked from the start, and she just made me feel really comfortable. I felt like a member of the team at that point. Then I had a brief in-person interview with a market leader who was polished and professional but also very, very down-to-earth and welcoming as well. It was just a very well-run process with good people, and the recruiter was there every step of the way offering support and making sure I had all my questions answered.
