Got a message on LinkedIn. Initial call was brief and pleasant, we made sure we're aligned and based on my previous experience we scheduled a technical interview over the phone. The technical interviewer was over a half hour late, I had to reach out to the recruiter to make sure somebody is even going to show up. The questions were pretty standard Salesforce questions, security, design questions, technical limitations of the platform, best practices etc. - things you would find w/ a Google search for Salesforce developer. At this point COVID-19 started to really take off, so it makes sense if Slalom decided to change their hiring plans. However, the recruiter reached out a week after the interview w/ positive feedback, saying we would proceed further in the interview process. After that I haven't heard back at all. I even emailed the recruiter with an inquiry after 2 weeks, but pretty much was ghosted with no reply for 4 weeks.
