Overall process was drawn out over several weeks. Met with multiple individuals one on one over several weeks. Would have preferred either a panel interview or back to back on same day
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.
