Multiple round interview process with all stakeholders and potential future peers. Each interview gave a different viewpoint of the future role. The process wasn't rushed and they made sure it was a mutual fit. There was a significant amount of transparency and openness.

Very messy and lengthy process. The recruiter and hiring team at Slalom move slowly - several months in the process, and they ask me to come on-site for one of the final stages in another country - without them covering any of the travel costs... The interviews were pretty straight forward, but they really need to streamline their hiring process, and maybe as a minimum offer to cover travel/transport costs if you want people to fly in and take a full day out of their calendar.
