The interview process was pretty quick - overall I think it was about 2 weeks. The first interview was a phone screening where the HR contact gave an overview of the position and let me ask any questions I had. The second interview was with 2 designers for 1 hr and was in 3 parts. 1- questions on my background. 2- whiteboarding challenge. 3- time for me to ask q's to them. The third interview was with the team director. She asked a few questions and gave me time to ask questions as well, but was a pretty informal conversation. Overall, communication was clear throughout the whole process and every person involved was very friendly, approachable, and made the interview process as enjoyable as it can be.

Initial phone call with recruiter. Very nice process. Would have been two more interviews for the position. The recruiter was great, thorough, and really communicated the job well. One of the best recruiting experiences I’ve had.
