Entrevista
The interview process was smooth with about 2 weeks per interview for a total of a month more or less. I interviewed with 2 Principals, 1 Consultant, and the Team Lead. Each person was genuine and spoke highly of the company culture. I met with experienced people and young professionals. They spoke highly of the growth and opportunities at Slalom

Straight forward - no major challenging questions. Behavioral mostly for the associate level, mine consisted of a 30 min call with manager and it was 20 minutes of regular chat

Entrevista
3 interviews. First 2 were about my experience, suitability for the role. Final interview a week after the 2nd was a data presentation task, presenting dataset in any way I chose.
Case study with 1 hour to prepare your answer and able to use any resources available. Straightforward case study with an hour to prepare before they call you back. You're able to use any resources at your disposal making it pretty easy.
