I had 3 interviews in 2 weeks. Since the 3rd meeting was with the boss, I was sure I would hear something. A week went by and I reached out to the recruiter - no response. A week after that I reached out, saying I realize I didn't get the position but would love feedback so I can improve going forward. Crickets again. I had such great hopes for this company, but I guess they don't care about people outside their organization.
