Entrevista
I was asked to come onsite for a meeting with HR to discuss the role and was told that a technical interview would follow after the interview. The HR never got back to me even after regular followup for the technical interview. Then I receive a call after 3 months for a Technical interview which is scheduled the next day. The HR has no idea what role I was initially interviewed for and sets me up for a Data warehousing and Data engineering role interview. The interview was really good and the interviewer was patient and helpful but the HR seems to be completely disorganized and incompetent. If they intend to be like BCG, McKinsey etc I think they should streamline their process and also realize lot of initial interviews can be conducted over the phone rather than wasting time of the candidate. Definitely one of the worst interview processes I have been through.

Entrevista
I was asked to come to office for an interview ,HR is very nice and love the way the role was explained to me ..i was very confident on Technical skill that i had for the role ..so my guess is either the interview was conducted just for formal without any opening that time or only the interview know why there were no question asked ..

Not even a single question was asked ...interviewer just listen & .listen , ,about my role and responsibility and other day i was told not selected ..very frustrating experience...
