Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 6 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Slalom (San Francisco, CA) em fev. de 2023

This was, by far, the worst process I'd ever been through. I went through 6 individual interviews over a 5 month period (that in itself was ridiculous!), panel interview thereafter, only to be told that they had been interviewing me for the wrong role! They promised to include me in the process for the other role, that was on hold at the time as their business on the West Coast was struggling. A year goes by (thanks to the slow down in the Tech space over the last 2 years) when I come across them advertising the role they claimed was the one I should have been interviewed for. I reach out to the folks that took me through the previous ordeal to find out why they hadn't been in touch and I get ghosted. No one had the decency to come back to me. As such, please believe all the others who say that their interview process is flawed. I'm clearly not the only one who has been poorly treated in this regard. On a side note, you are expected as a Client Partner to bill 50% of your time! Ridiculous. I've never come across that in the 25 years that I've been in this industry. You need to decide if you want a client partner or a sales manager, stop trying to get folks to do multiple roles for one mediocre pay check.

The questions were mediocre at best. Barring one of the folks I interviewed with, the rest hadn't bothered to look at my resume or my LinkedIn profile. Also, they seemed to feel like most of what they had done to date was mind blowing work. Yet, the bulk of the work they do are 6 week projects. Lots of work in the CRM space, predominantly adding functionality to SFDC.
Talked to the recruiter first to discuss the CP opportunity and my experience and background, Next had video interviews with 2 industry practice leaders at the company to assess if the right fit for the opportunity.

Screening call was light and just a quick validation that I met the minimum qualifications.
First interview was in-person over coffee and it was clear that the interviewer didn't have an agenda. They didn't ask me many questions and it was a good chat.
Second interiew was over Zoom with a peer, and they asked some behavioral interview questions where I could offer up anticdotal evidence of my experience to answer the questions.
Third interview was a lunch with a local practice leader who had zero questions for me and we simple ate lunch and had a chat where I asked all the questions and offered up some personal experiences that mirrored their efforts.
Long pause.....
After a month, got reengaged to meet with a senior leader at another coffee shop. They asked no questions, so I had simply controlled the entire conversation by asking as many questions as possible and offering up, again, ancticdotal evidence of my experience that aligned to the demands of the position. Again, no specific questions asked of me.
After all this, they rejected me and still have the position open months later.

The people that I spoke with were wonderful but the recruiting process was long and all over the place. They had to reschedule a few times and late to my interviews. I ended up withdrawing from the process.
