Very straightforward, contacted through email. In person interview where she gave a quick tour of the space and asked about your background. However, completely ghosted me after that. Not even a follow up email to say she went another way. Especially after I came in for a trial day. Emailed her for updates, never received an email from her. I understand it’s a small team, but at least have manners to get back to everyone you interviewed especially during this time of high unemployment. A huge let down.
