I interviewed for a Sr. Product Manager role at Sleek, and my initial technical round with the Head of Product was positive. However, much to my surprise, I was later rejected by the CTO without any clear explanation. It’s always disappointing to face rejection, but the lack of transparency around the decision was frustrating. I would advise future candidates to seek clarity at every stage of the process. It’s a company with potential, but the overall experience left me with mixed feelings.
