Recruiter contacts me and in scheduling the phone screen calls me the wrong name, despite having my CV in front of her. Then I’m expecting a phone screen to see if both sides even like each other, and turns out they want a formal interview. Legit executives don’t do formal interviews without a referral or at least meeting the rest of the exec team and feeling them out first. Should never have engaged this company after the recruiter flop.
