A few in person meetings. I had worked with the staff in prior years so there was a familiarity with both parties. It was a new position which unique to the company. Required to go through 2-3 levels of in person and over the phone interviews, taking about 2 weeks to complete. Then training for 2 weeks, before you are placed on commission as a manager on duty.
