I responded to an add on zip recruiter. I sent my resume. Recruiter reviewed my resume and contacted me to schedule a call. It was a two call process. I guess the recruiter got a feel for me then had a manager call me. Interview was really conversational and transparent.

Seems outsourced overseas, hard to understand. Could hear others talking in the background as in a call center. Passed from one person to another. They were clearly grasping for candidates and selling me in the job.
