we ask question to understand the technical knowledge of the candidates and we also clear the terms and conditions before taking any interview, we take a training fees from the candidates who are absolutely freshers and absorb them if they clear the training, if a candidate is doing extremely good in the training we also provide them with stipend and this training period is for 3 months.
