From the beginning, the S&S team was personable, professional and a group I could see myself working beside. They asked good questions but the process felt like I was getting to know them just as much as they were getting to know me. What drew me to them was their unique approach of building a role around someone’s skills vs. sticking them on a client team currently drowning in work which tends to be the norm in this industry. Putting the interview process as difficult because I did spend a decent amount of time on a project during the process but the interviews themselves were straightforward. Ended up taking another job due to circumstances out of their control but was extremely impressed by how they handled this, despite a last minute change. The team genuinely congratulated me on my new role and even offered to support (ended up with a nonprofit).
