You will sit with one or 2 of the managers and they will ask you a range of questions. The questions go from your previous work experience, to how you handle certain situation. The most unique part of the interview is when they discuss the company culture. They really believe in what they're after and want to make sure that each new hire will be a good fit for what they're after.
