Promptly invited for an interview following the application process. Very relaxed and informal process, sat in a quiet part of the pub and asked standard interview questions for around half an hour followed by filling in some forms.
Application on their website with cover letter and cv. Within the next week, they invited me for an interview. The interview comprised multiple questions, to draw my profile and see if I would be a fit with the team.

casual interview with the manager about previous work experience and questions about situation management. questions about any knowledge on working in a bar environment etc. mostly getting to know you and your personality type of questions

The interview was very much an informal chat asking about my previous experience and what sort of hours I am available to work. I started working a few days later.
