First stage interview was nice, simple, and sensible. Second stage was a joke. They give you a simple programming task and ask you to solve it using R or Python prior to interview day. And then on the interview date ask you to demo it. Now, albeit the task is simple, it is too many answers to go through and you never get the chance to explain why you applied, what you are passionate about, your credentials etc. Moreover, programming knowledge of the 2 people who conducted the interview is not upto standards.
