I applied on online and got a call back a few days later to come in. I went, and they only interviewed me for about 5 min. Hiring manager said I was the only person to apply for such position, and my hours very perfect for them. I was guaranteed a second interview to sign background and drug test papers. They said they would call me back by Monday to let me know what time to come in and to bring all the essentials. I have yet to get a call. I called back about 2 times and they declined my call after 2- 3 rings for each. They didn't have the decency to answer to tell me otherwise, not even to let the call go all the way through. I found that very rude. Very annoying when they give you lots of hope and yet you don't end up getting it. Guess that's life, better luck next time.

One on one with the manager. Depending on the manager, they will ask simple questions like have you committed crimes or not. If you are a honest person, you have nothing to worry about.
