The first interview was a 30 minute phone call with someone from HR. She was very friendly and genuinely seemed interested in what I had to say. My second interview was another phone interview the next day with a sales manager who was also very friendly and asked some more basic interview questions. I was then invited to a in-person interview. I absolutely loved the office and the environment. The in person interview was 2 hours and included interviewing with three different people in the sales department including the sales manager I had interviewed with originally. I spent about 30 minutes with each person and then the interview ended with a 30 minute shadowing period with a person currently working in the SDR role. At the end of the interview the sales manager said she'd get back to me within the week and maybe even the next day, however I didn't hear back for three weeks.
