Interview process was very cool. From what I have seen, they call you based on your profile on Monster, Naukri etc. Ask some details about your profile over phone call. If good, they send u a mail with details of the interview. Only 3 or 4 people are scheduled interview on a particular day(not sure). The interview was very cool more like a discussion. They want you to be Smart, Creative and a Deep understanding of what you have learned. When I attended the interview they needed a framework and I didn't learn one so I didn't make it through.
