Before receiving and invitation to interview, they required me to answer a few assessment questions which were pretty basic. During the first interview, I completed a real time assessment with a couple of people. I had to think out loud and walk them through how I'd complete each scenario. That was followed by another round of interview with the client services team. The final interview was with the CEO, which was informal.
