Went through an external recruiter via LinkedIn, took a Codility test (typical algorithm/ data structure type interview tests). Was advised by recruiter to practice before attempting the test, so spent a few days on Codility platform with their practice samples. Test took 2 hrs (2 questions), but 1 hr was more than sufficient to complete the test - difficulty was on par with codility practice questions, where there is a tendency to trick the test taker with edge cases (be careful about the input/output parameter ranges). Only received a reply 2 weeks after taking the test, there was no mention of how I did during the test, only that my resume indicated that I had not enough experience in front end development - This should have been indicated in the pre-screening and not after I have taken the test which had nothing to do with assessing my front-end skills.
