3 Rounds: R1 (1 hour): With Director of AI - Easily cleared and was recommended for next round R2 (1 hour): With Product Manager of AI - Cleared and was strongly recommended for next round. The interviewer was quite impressed and gave a hint by saying that he's very much looking forward to onboard me in the team! R3 (30 mins): With CTO/Co-Founder of SmartQ - Again this round went good. The interviewer was quite rude and had some superiority complex to say the least, which was kind of a Red flag for me. However, I was assured that they will get back to me quickly with the result. Sad but I never heard back from them post that. I tried reaching out to the recruitment team but they neither answered my calls nor called back. All 3 interview rounds were wrapped up within 5 days but post that, HR didn't even have the courtesy to inform the candidate about the result. Worst interview experience I ever had. I strongly recommend investing your precious time interviewing at some other company which values people & has a good culture.
