Virtual interview/screening. Very fast hiring process, as well. Interview was very friendly and mainly felt like a screening. They do require fingerprints once you're hired. Didn't get to go into the school until about a month after school started, though.

Straightforward Zoom interview, mostly about classroom management (students with different behaviors, different learning methods, different skills and experiences). Very little about math or background. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
