Met with recruiter and moved onto a tech screen with an engineer. Went through the tech screen, a mix of coding and technical questions regarding existing code and the interviewer even commented that we breezed through the coding with ease. No feedback for a few days, emailed and requested feedback, still nothing. Finally heard back over a week later (on a Friday after 5pm) with a generic we are moving forward with other candidates. No real feedback, poor communication, poor response time. Asked for more direct feedback and ghosted.
