The interview process consisted of five total steps from a casual talk, tech challenge, Facebook advertising concepts, demo and discussion with leadership team. The process involves learning about Facebook advertising and their tool, which was very interesting since I had no prior knowledge of it. It did take sometime to learn and was quite heavy some days to do after a full working day, but totally worth it. As I was working at the time, I had to prioritise my current tasks, which was one of the reasons the interview process took a bit longer. Recruiters were super friendly, and always asked when I'd be available and when I could come do the interviews. At the end the process started moving quite fast. In the end you'll get a very good idea what you're getting yourself into culture-wise and job-wise. I also had a chance to meet my future team lead right from the start of the process, as well as a few future teammates.
