Appalling.
HR screening interview was postponed a couple of times, but that is OK as schedules change.
Had the HR interview with a lady based in the US and it was a typical HR screening interview. So no issues there.
Then I receive a feedback (through my recruiter) that she was not to put me forward because the role was for direct sales and my experience was with selling via partners...... WOW. At not point during the interview was a discussion about selling via partners, because I have NEVER done it. I have always been a direct sales person. And as such that is what it was discussed during the interview.
She also had my CV and there is no mention of partners on it, always direct sales.
I find this quite appalling. If you ask someone for an interview the bear minimum after it is to give some proper feedback and of course put some attention during the interview.

Recruiter screening, HR Recruiter phone call, Google Hangout with Sales VP, then if you pass muster, you are flown to Bellevue for day long interviews with up to 7 different execs from all mojor lines of business. Final interview is with Mark Mader, CEO
