It was a three part process. The first interview is a phone screening with a recruiter. The questions were general and overall I had a good experience with the recruiter. The second interview was a mock call and final interview to get to know you better. I was interviewed over zoom with two managers at the same time. Although I familiarized myself with Smartsheet prior to the interview I was nervous and did not reach the solution to the problem. After the mock call I could tell one of the managers was no longer interested in me as a candidate. During the Q&A, this manager was quite rude when it was my turn to ask questions about the company and position. Their tone of voice was berating and they pretty much tried to rush me through them. Based on my experience I'm glad I did not get an offer and would have declined if I did.
