Entrevista
The company HR went through my CV and asked me questions related to my academic qualifications and my background in analytics. I told her about my certification in analytics and also the internship I had done. Frankly, she was quite rude. She said, "People in Jaipur think it is a clerical job. I want to inform you that it is not a clerical job". Seriously, you are saying that to a person who has done a complete course on that subject? Where do they find and hire such unprofessional people?

Entrevista
Had an initial telephone interview that went well enough to warrant an in-person interview. I had all the qualifications they were looking for and an in person meeting was to follow. I was interviewed by a wall of people. They seemed very nice but very overworked and a bit too casually dressed to be meeting a prospective employee.
I was a bit leery of the company because there is no Human Resources department.
I find this to be incredibly irresponsible for a growing company, especially with workplace issues and harassment. It would only behoove SmartSign to have one.
I followed up a few weeks later on my candidacy only to receive a bizarre convoluted telephone message with no return phone number. I was BAFFLED.
Two hours later I received an email from another employee telling me that they would respond in a few days and let me know what the status of my candidacy was.
All I heard were echoes.... No follow up.
Many red flags!
