Entrevista
I had two initial meetups with an analyst, thereafter an interview with my direct manager, after that an online assessment, and finally an interview with the CEO. The timeline and steps of the interview process was clearly laid out for me. The assessment was an enjoyable challenge and a good opportunity for me to showcase my experience and knowledge. Everyone I met up was friendly and made the overall interview process pleasant.

I had an intial screening call with a recruiter who went through my experience, asked why I wanted to get back into HR and told me he would schedule an interview with the Line Manager. I then asked the recruiter what time the interview was, when I had to go back on another screening call which turned out to be questions he had already asked on our first call. It was only after the call the interview was finally booked in. Attended the first stage interview under the impression it was a all-rounder HR Role, turns out it was only a systems implementation role and the interviewer wasn't actually keen on hiring a HR person full time, and told me that they and other managers deal with ER themselves. The hiring manager had a problem with me raising potential growth and development opportunities, and the feedback was "I spoke to much" during the interview.
The literal whole point of having an interview. Also they claimed that I wanted a Senior Level role in the feedback which I never mentioned, I mainly asked if the person needed someone else to take over the function, so they could focus more on their role. They come across as rude and dismissive during the hiring process, and extremely one-sided.
Unless you really needed the role and had no other options, I would consider going elsewhere, as the hiring manager doesn't really a HR person full-time in the long run.

TLDR - dont waste your time. It took them 25 days to review a take home assessment that I only has 3 days to complete. The feedback I received was them admitting they dont understand the pattern I implemented and instead of letting me explain they told the recruiter no and I had to explain to the recruiter that the feedback is not valid. Communication during the interviewing process was zero. The internal person who I was supposed to communicate through never answered emails or provided any feedback. If this is how I was treated as a candidate, you can only imagine how bad the communicate within the company is. More details about my experience: I was contacted on LinkedIn about the position. At first I was declined immediately because I live in a state where they cant hire from. They provide that list and my state wasn't on that list so after some clarification I was able to start the process. After talking to the recruiter you are connected to a HR rep to hear more the company. 30 minutes Next step is a take home assessment where you have 3 days to complete and you're told it will take you 2-3 hours to complete. 13 days later they finally accessed my GitHub Repository. Another 12 days later I received the first feedback of "can you update the solution to .net 7 because they cannot run it on the version you submitted... but if you choose not to, they will pass" Another 10 days later. I received the final feed back that "I did not add value and the async methods I added were unnecessary and the unit tests I wrote were not intensive enough"

Do a take home assessment that should take 3 hours. You have 3 days to complete it. Refactor a file that is a switch case.

Re: our engineering assessment. We have found these to be a good indicator of fit for our team, and it is a key step in our recruiting process. All of our existing team have come through the same process, and so it is important to them that our recruiters identify early if a candidate fits with our tech stack and development methods. We recognize that this is a time investment for all candidates, and so we do try to make exercise as efficient as possible.
