Applied through LinkedIn and received a response within a few days. Met with HR, hiring managers and another senior member of e-commerce/sales team. I initially applied to a role more junior for my background because I love the product and was navigating a bit of a career transition of my own. That conversation evolved into a discussion about another role on the sales team that would be somewhat of a back-fill but also include new duties and responsibilities. I was really blown away by this — hallmark sign of a great company, job fit and culture fit are paramount. Overall, a very well-defined hiring process. Clarity of expectation and solid communication the entire way through.
