I had a interview with two people. They were funny and relaxing. I was kind of nervous at first. The place just opened up in Frederick, Md. I had not even finished the application and they called me in for a interview.I was hired on the spot.
The interview for Smash Burger was easy. They asked a lot of behavioral questions. The interview lasted around 30 mins. The onboarding was quick and simple. Overall it was a good experience.

Sat down and asked a couple of basic questions. The manager was laid back. Overall, it was not a hard process, not a lot of stress. Just make sure you answer the questions to the best of your ability.
