Non transparent about compensation, actually based on collections, rather than production, and tx plans, notes need to be updated properly or they withhold your pay. Just be honest, there are enough shady company’s out there. Stand above the rest and do the right thing.

Very personable and helpful. The interview process was very streamlined and everyone on the call was helpful. Just be prepared to answer questions and get an idea about expectations theirs and yours during the interview.
