I was initially contacted by phone, and then had an in-person with two office managers. After the interview with the office managers, I was able to sit down and talk with one of the dentist. It was a very pleasant experience, especially being one of my first interviews as a recent graduate. Everyone was kind and professional. The recruiter I was in contact with answered all my questions quickly and was very easy to talk to.
