They try to hire people who are already working within the industry, i.e. competitors. For the field, they have you fill out an application, take a math test, then ask about your experience. For the office, they want people who can handle high volumes of calls and/or work each day. Must pass back ground check, physical and/or drug test for any job at the company, including office work.
