4 rounds of 30-45 minute interviews (including 1 round with 3 interviews) then ghosted. I was on Eastern Time and the interviewers were on Central. Scheduler of interviews scheduled half on Eastern, half on Central, without differentiating on my schedule. I was wrapping up an interview at 3 (what turned out to be 3 Central) when my 4:30 (what turned out to be Eastern) interview called me, which meant I had to make the interviewer wait (even though it was for the same company). Interviewer spent the first 10 minutes lecturing me on my lack of professionalism, even though my only mistake was that I assumed that the 3 and 4:30 on my schedule would refer to the same time zone. After all the chaos, never heard back.
