it took forever to get an interview. generic questions. had already worked the job for months before recieving an interview. after interview was complete, it took weeks to be offered a job. there is a disconnect between management and HR

there is no interview process for this position. You are brought in through temp agencies after meeting the basic requirements and passing tests. The process takes about a month and after taking tests and a class there is still no guarantee that you will get the job. There were 6 other people that went through with me and in the end there was only 2 spots available.
