Quick and straight forward but I was not informed it would be a formal interview so make sure you're prepared for "meetings" to be deciding interviews. The interview process was very fast and efficient but I think my group skipped over the formalities. Although all associates report the interview process is pretty straight forward and efficient. This is different than larger firms that have drawn out processes that last forever, however their pay is much, much, much better.
