I had the first interview with the hiring manager where we went through the groups' recruitment program for the last several years. They discussed the issue outsourcing recruitment and why they were building out a new team. It was a good conversation but there was no follow up on their end after.

Great process consisting of about 3/4 rounds. Starting with basic application, then some tests on literacy and numeracy and then a telephone interview, followed by an assessment day. Given a good insight into the business throughout the process which isnt something I necessarily experienced when interviewing elsewhere.
