Simple. They need bodies. You need experience working on a lift obviously and alot of its based on your past performance. Show up on time the season before and do your job, you should be good to go.

The questions were pretty standard. The interviewers were professional. The company culture is very casual. It is definitely not the type of interview that you want to wear a suit to; you will stick out like a sore thumb if you do, and not in a good way.
