Entrevista
They make you do a verbal, writting and listing english test. They also interview soft skills and culture. I recomend the star method. It is very important to them to be a nice person and to fit the ulture, try and be firendy.
It was a small phone interview and then they set a in person interview with the team leader and manager of the customer support team. Did some test like typing speed test.

Sat with two people, Wendy and The Recruiter, they asked a lot of stuff to personally get to know me. They were so kind and made it fun. We laughed and joked and I knew right away I would love it.
