Phone Interview with recruiting and then I had an in-person interview with Vice President which was only in person due to living in the same city. After that I was waiting for 2 months until I heard more.

Very casual organic conversation, interviewer was very transparent and sounded charismatic about their job. They had information on hand, and was ready for every question I had. It was more of a conversation then an interview, excited to continue the process.

Entrevista
Interviewer was late. Poor audio and image quality. But the real issue was their interviewing style. It was very aggressive and almost mean. I was interrupted several times during an answer. Content of questions was the most aggressive/ambitious of any company I’ve talked to. Their speaking tone was accusatory too … almost like they didn’t believe me or what I put on my resume. Compressing a 2nd round interview to 30 min (when it is usually 45 or 60) reinforced bad behaviors.
