Screening with recruiter 2 rounds of technical interviews with Senior Engineers and team managers First via Zoom and the second one in-loco Lastly, a quick interview with HR (cultural fit, etc...)

My interview was arranged by an agency in Cork, a product manager and a senior software developer interviewed me, I was told in advance that it would be a technical interview and it would last 40mins. If I got through this interview the next stage was an interview with HR and would include some personality testing. It was at their premises in Northpoint business park, Cork. Really nice premises. The interview was very relaxed and informal, seemed more like a discussion than an interview. However their development uses a methodology called agile and this was explained to me and the emphasis on the interview was on processes ie design processes and I think this is why I did not get any further as I have not used any formal design process methodology.
