I applied by agency. I took 3 hrs testing, finally got to interview, 7 hrs for interview wasted my time and had to take day off from my current work. Waste of time after everything went good in interview. They did not offer me position, but did not give any reason why not, Waste of time to go on interview.
Great low stress interview. Manager was really nice and answered all of my questions. Great brand and territory. I would say this was a typical interview but great people. I have been a mechanic for a long time and felt this would be a good segway into a different job.

Tell me about your experience in industrial plants?
I worked through a recruiter who did most of the vetting process while also helping me with preparation. Once I got face to face with the company, it was more them speaking AT me rather than asking me anything actually challenging. Mostly to make sure I understand what the role is.
