Entrevista
The interview started at 11 and continued till 4.00. Around 30 candidates appeared for the interview. No organized process.There were 4 rounds of interview, that was for name sake because even though your second round does'not go well you will be up for the next round. The most shocking and annoying thing that happened to me was I went up till 3 technical rounds then in the HR round, he told me that I don't have sufficient experience. I was like WHATTT! I was there for around 5 hours and they realized this thing in the HR round! WOOAH!! If they found better candidates for the position, they could have directly told that, but giving this lame reason was really disturbing.

Entrevista
The interview process was quite smooth and well organized. There is 1 online Test, 2 technical, 1 Managerial, 1 VP, 1 HR Rounds. Questions related to OOPS, Javascript, React.js, HTML, CSS was asked. Overall experience was quite good.

Outstanding Interview Experience -
The interview process was very smooth and the questions asked were focused on basics i.e, HTML, CSS, JS, React.js
Performance oriented questions were also focused.
Interview Process-
Online Test
1:1 with Junior Dev (Technical - Basics were tested with problem solving skills)
1:1 with Senior Dev (Technical - Dig deeper in perf and browser rendering aspects)
1:1 with Manager (Managerial/technical - How do you handle situations, and other technical
questions as well)
And then, there is 1:1 with Senior HR.
Snapdeal is gonna be number 1 again , shout out to the hiring team.

What I can tell is, they focus on checking how strong are your basics of frontend technologies.
Interview process includes 3 rounds. The initial interview was an online MCQ followed by a coding question. The second round was the technical interview and the final round is an HR Manager round.
