Filled out application on line. Sent a basic IQ/personality test. After passing asked for a phone meeting to basically discuss resume. Then sent an estimating test that was basic but not very professionally put together. Very cheaply done. Sent standard email stating not a good fit for their company. Probably a good thing as from the testing they do the company is trying to get away on the cheap. Once I saw the test I knew this was not a company worth working for.
