Casual and conversational. I had 2 in-person conversations with the COO and 1 in-person with the COO and CIO together. It was a laid-back type of "get to know ya" set of conversations. Overall, I enjoyed getting to know them and sharing my experiences and expertise with them. They decided they needed a different set of skills after the 3 interviews. My only wish is that they would have come into the interview process with a clearer picture of the skills they wanted in the beginning. They ended up being very forthcoming, though.

I interviewed with Snapshot in early 2024 and their team was very welcoming and engaging. They were open, honest, and showed when they wanted you on their team. They were willing to work with me on timing and job description as well. I ended up getting offered a position, but decided on another role with another company (not an agency), but they portrayed themselves well. Most agencies do though so it's hard to know until you're in it, but they seemed better than most.
